The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. Everything seemed to be okay. However, the foreign staff/guard at the front should speak more softly and politely when dealing with Grab riders. Even if the rider enters from the wrong direction or behaves improperly, the staff should still give instructions in a respectful manner, especially in front of customers.

I was staying in this hotel. For a week. The rooms here are nice and spacious. The staff here was very cooperative. I am very grateful to Habib Bhai, who is the senior of housekeeping. Habib Bhai is very friendly and his attitude was very good. I was very impressed with him. Insha Allah, if I come to Malaysia again, I will make a room reservation in this hotel. The room windows were not sound proof, and at night it felt like I was sleeping on road although my room was on 18th floor. The noise of traffic was soo loud that I didn't slept all night. Traffic specially bikes were hassling and bussling all night. So much traffic noise all night that a dead person will also wake up.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights during my Malaysian trip. The booking was done by our tour agent, and for the money we paid, I feel they chose a very cost-effective option. It’s a 4-star rated property, and when I shared the hotel details with our Malaysian friends, they all had good opinions about it. In my experience, the hotel is not as bad as some reviews suggest. The service and amenities are good for the price. The rooms have slightly old interiors and technology (maybe 20–30 years old), but everything is functional. One of our rooms was small, but still adequate for a family to stay comfortably for 3–4 nights. There’s an Indian restaurant called Zaika on 10th floor, and the hotel breakfast was decent, not luxurious, but definitely worth the price. The housekeeping team kept the rooms clean throughout our stay. The day we arrived, it was nearly 10:45 am and they serve breakfast till 10.30 only. But the hotel staff managed to keep the staffs and they prepared some breakfast for us, which is really commendable. A few points to note: 1. Laundry is sent to an outside vendor, so it takes two days to return. Guests staying for short trips should plan accordingly. 2. The Indian restaurant gets very crowded during breakfast and dinner, especially with large groups of bachelors. As a family, we felt some uncomfortable stares from fellow tourists (not staff), so I’d recommend avoiding peak hours if this bothers you. Other than these points, everything was fine. The location is very convenient, with many Indian restaurants and other dining options nearby. Overall, a good value-for-money stay.

its a good location near UNIKL . other places accessible easily.breakfast choices and variety also a great point to stay on.

The only thing to that I dislike is too many unnecessary furniture for such a limited space. The mobile table is not supposed to be there

Setiap minggu kami suka menginap di hotel sekitar KL. Hotel ni walaupun di pusat bandar masih dalam kategori hotel bajet untuk bermalam. Tiada fasiliti yg boleh menghilangkan bosan anak2. Nak ke kedai makan kena lalu kawasan gelandangan dan ini amat menakutkan bg wanita.

Near shopping place. Eating places is quite near. Just need to walk a little bit. But if u like Indian dishes can have it at the hotel.

Although i did not get the room with Queen size bed, i'm still love it coz it was very spacious and clean..very comfy and peaceful.

Location is good nearby shop, restaurant and free parking. However the room facilities is ordinary and good to be upgraded.

Semua ok. Bab parking je x best. 1 hari keluar masuk byk kali kena cas byr sndr . Klu org luar oklah byr. Ni kita tido situ. X da kelebihan.
